Terms and conditions.
Last updated 10 September 2026. These terms cover your use of this website. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
1. Using This Website
You may read this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors, or use it to send anything unlawful.
2. What Is on the Site
The projects shown are labelled honestly. Work marked as a client project was commissioned by a paying client. Work marked as a prototype was built and presented but is not running in production. Work marked as a concept was built in-house by us. Figures visible inside screenshots are demonstration data, not client results.
Munshi is a product in development. Nothing on the Munshi page is an offer to sell, and no pricing is committed until it is published.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Timelines described on this site are typical ranges, not promises. Any price, scope or delivery date becomes binding only when it is written into a quotation or agreement we both sign.
4. Ownership of What We Build
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, you own the source code we deliver to you on full payment, and you may modify it or hand it to another developer without our involvement. We keep ownership of general knowledge, techniques and any reusable components we brought to the project.
5. Our Content
The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to Ascentia Forge. Client names and branding shown here appear with permission, or are withheld where a client asked us to keep them confidential. Please ask before reproducing anything from this site.
6. Third-Party Links
Where we link out, we are not responsible for what those sites do or say.
7. Liability
This website is provided as is. We take care that it is accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
