One studio, the whole stack.
We build operational software: the systems a business types into every day. ERP, CRM, HRMS and payroll, POS, clinical records and custom solutions, alongside the business websites and AI customer chatbots that bring the enquiries in. Custom builds, rescues of software that half works, and chatbots that catch what your site is currently losing.
Three ways in.
Build a System
A complete operational system designed around how your business actually works. Scoped, fixed price, delivered in stages you can see.
Typical: 8 to 16 weeks
Rescue or Extend
You have software that half works. We audit it, fix what is breaking, and build the missing parts rather than starting again from zero.
Typical: 3 to 8 weeks
Chatbots and Automation
An AI customer chatbot on your website and WhatsApp, set up and managed by us, with a dashboard you own. Plus Munshi, our WhatsApp operations agent, currently in development.

What we build.
Websites & E-Commerce
Design · Build · Online store
Business websites and online stores, designed and built rather than dropped into a template. Fast on a phone on Indian mobile data, written so Google can read it, and yours to edit afterwards. Product catalogues, payments, enquiry forms and the whole checkout where you are selling.
Customer Chatbots
Support · Marketing · WhatsApp
An AI chatbot on your site and your WhatsApp number, trained on your own material. It answers the questions people always ask, captures the lead while they are still interested, books the appointment, and hands over to a person the moment it matters. The conversations and contacts stay yours.
Healthcare & Clinical
EMR · Scheduling · Screening
Records for clinics, dental practices and mental health centres. Structured clinical notes, standardised screening with automatic scoring, role-based access and GST billing.
ERP & Operations
Inventory · Production · Purchase
Stock, production runs, purchase orders and supplier records in one system, so the warehouse and the back office read the same number at the same time. Reorder points, batch tracking and multi-location transfers.
CRM & Sales
Pipeline · Scoring · Forecast
Drag-stage pipelines, lead scoring, contact and account management, activity timelines and forecasting, designed to be updated from a phone in under fifteen seconds.
HRMS & Payroll
Attendance · Salary · Leave
Employee records, attendance and shift rosters, leave approvals, payroll with PF, ESI and TDS worked out, payslips people can actually read, and a self-service login so staff stop asking the office for their own balance.
POS & Retail
Checkout · Multi-store · Barcodes
Fast checkout on the hardware you already own, multi-store stock sync, SKU and barcode generation, receipts, day-end reconciliation and low-stock alerts.
Custom Solutions
Your requirement · Any industry · Built to fit
Whatever the business needs, we can design and build it. Bring us the requirement: a customer portal, an internal tool, a booking or approval workflow, a mobile-friendly app for your team, or two systems that need to talk. We scope it with you and build it to fit.
Dashboards & Reporting
Reports · KPIs · Exports
Charts that stay readable at a glance and quick across thousands of rows on modest hardware.
Munshi, an ERP that lives in WhatsApp.
Everything above is software we build for you. Munshi is the one thing we are building for ourselves, and it is the piece nobody else has done properly: an AI operations agent that runs the whole ERP from the chat app your staff already have open.
No new app to install, no logins to hand out, no training day. A supervisor sends a message, and the stock entry, the challan or the day’s numbers take care of themselves.

Nothing for the floor staff to learn
In development, and open to early clients now
From operation to system.
Five steps. The first is the one most software projects skip, and it is the one that decides whether the rest works.
Sit with the Work
We come and watch the job get done. The registers, the WhatsApp groups, the spreadsheet with nine tabs and the one person who knows why column F is red. The real process is never the one written in the SOP, and building for the written one is how projects fail.
Model the Data
Entities, states and the rules that must never break. Can stock go negative? What happens when a bill arrives before the goods? Getting this wrong cannot be fixed later with interface work.
Build the Spine First
The transaction core before the dashboard. If the ledger is correct and the stock movements balance, everything above that layer can be changed cheaply for years. If not, nothing above matters.
Launch with the Staff
We train the people who will use it daily, on their machines, with their real data, in their language. Adoption is decided in the first week and almost never recovers if that week goes badly.
Stay Reachable
Fixes, changes and the odd question at 9pm, answered by the team that built it rather than a call centre.
How the software is built.
No Framework Debt
We pick the lightest thing that does the job, and nothing that needs a rewrite when a major version lands.
Runs on What You Own
Fast on the seven-year-old laptop in the back office, because that is the machine it will run on.
You Own the Source
Delivered readable and documented. Another developer can pick it up without calling us first.
Real Data, Not Samples
Tested against the messy exports and duplicate supplier names, because that is what arrives.
The things people ask first.
How long does a system take to build?
A focused operational system is usually eight to sixteen weeks from first conversation to launch. A rescue or extension of software you already have is normally three to eight weeks. We scope it properly before quoting, so the number does not move once we start.
What does it cost?
Projects are fixed price, quoted after a scoping conversation, and billed in stages you can see. You get a number before you commit to anything, and if the honest answer is that you do not need custom software we will say that instead.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Full source ownership on delivery, documented, with no framework lock-in and no dependency on us. Another developer can pick it up without calling first.
Will it run on our existing computers?
That is a design constraint, not an afterthought. Everything is built to stay fast on the machines a business already owns, including the older laptop in the back office.
Do you work outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. Build projects run largely remotely with on-site visits at discovery and launch, and we take work from anywhere in India. The Munshi pilot is open pan-India too.
Do you build websites as well as systems?
Yes, and it is one of the two things we are asked for most. We build business websites and e-commerce stores: designed, written and built rather than dropped into a template, quick on a phone on Indian mobile data, and structured so Google can actually read them. If you want the site and the system to talk to each other, that is the easiest version of the job for us.
Can you add a customer chatbot to a site you did not build?
Yes. The chatbot is one snippet and it goes on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace or anything custom. We do not need to have built the site, and we do not need to rebuild it. There is a full page on customer chatbots covering what it handles.
Do you build HRMS and payroll software?
Yes. Employee records, attendance and shift rosters, leave approvals, and payroll with PF, ESI and TDS calculated rather than typed in. It can stand alone or sit inside a wider ERP so salary costs land in the accounts without anyone re-entering them.
What kinds of systems do you actually cover?
ERP and inventory, CRM and sales, HRMS and payroll, POS and retail, clinical and EMR, school and institute management, field service and job cards, order and dispatch, procurement, asset registers, ticketing and helpdesk, plus the dashboards over the top. If your business types it into a spreadsheet every day, it is the kind of thing we build.
Tell us what is going wrong.
A short call, no charge, no pitch deck. If we are the right fit, we will say so, and if we are not, we will usually name someone who is.
