Last updated 28 September 2026. This policy explains what Ascentia Forge collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who We Are
Ascentia Forge is a business systems studio based in Delhi NCR, India, founded by Jatin Pal. For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, contact hello@ascentia.org.in.
2. What We Collect
Only what you choose to send us:
- Enquiry forms: your name and email address, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, business, what you need, your budget range and your message. We also note which page or campaign link brought you to the form.
- Email, phone or WhatsApp: whatever you include when you contact us directly.
- Server logs: our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is generated automatically by the hosting platform for security and reliability, not gathered by us for marketing.
We do not collect financial information, government identifiers, health data, or any special category of personal data through this website.
3. Why We Use It
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of our correspondence if we go on to work together. That is the entire purpose. We do not profile you, and we do not use your details to send marketing you did not ask for.
4. Cookies and Analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or cross-site trackers. Fonts and styles are served from this website itself, so no third party is contacted when a page loads.
If we later add website analytics, this section will be updated before it goes live, and it will say exactly what is measured.
5. Who Else Handles Your Data
- Netlify hosts this website and processes enquiry form submissions on our behalf. Netlify is based in the United States, so submitting the form involves a transfer of your data outside India.
- Hostinger, our email provider, carries your enquiry to our inbox as an email.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. If we work together, we keep correspondence and project records for as long as the engagement runs and for six years afterwards, which is the period Indian tax and contract records are normally retained. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, and we will unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and comparable laws elsewhere, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
- withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
Write to hello@ascentia.org.in and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Keeping It Secure
The site is served over HTTPS with a valid certificate, sends strict security headers, and blocks framing and content-type sniffing. Form submissions travel encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store your data anywhere we do not need to, which is the most reliable protection there is.
9. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
