What we build, end to end.

Ascentia Forge builds the software a business runs on. The same small team takes a project from the first workflow sketch to a live system your staff open every morning. No hand-offs to a junior team halfway through, and no framework you'll be stuck rewriting in two years.

ERP development

Inventory, finance, operations and reporting in one place, so the same number doesn't get typed into four screens.

POS & retail

Point-of-sale and multi-store inventory: barcodes, receipts, purchase orders and low-stock alerts that fire before the shelf is empty.

CRM & sales

Pipelines you can read at a glance, lead scoring, deal tracking and forecasting. The kind a sales team keeps open, not the kind they avoid.

Accounting systems

Double-entry ledgers, AR/AP, GST-ready invoicing, and P&L and balance sheets that fall out of the books automatically.

Healthcare software

Clinic, dental and pharmacy systems that hold a patient from registration to billing in one record instead of three apps.

Manufacturing

Shop-floor ERP: BOMs, work orders, QC inspections, maintenance schedules and output dashboards a supervisor can act on.

Supply chain

Procurement, vendor scoring, shipment tracking and demand forecasting, with on-time-in-full numbers you can hold a supplier to.

HRMS & payroll

Employee directories, attendance, leave workflows and payroll that runs itself and prints payslips at month-end.

Dashboards & data viz

Charts drawn by hand in canvas and SVG. Readable at a glance, and still quick with thousands of rows behind them.

Product consulting

A scope, a system diagram and a build order, written before anyone touches code, so you start the build knowing exactly what you're getting.

How we work

From operation to system.

Five steps, no theatre. We learn how the work is done before we write a line, and we're still here after launch.

01

Discover

We sit with the people doing the job. The real steps, the bottlenecks, the data that actually matters, and the workarounds nobody mentions in a meeting.

02

Design

We map the data and the screens until the workflow feels obvious, then walk it back past the people who'll use it before anything is built.

03

Build

A lean, vanilla stack, written and reviewed where you can see it. Quick to load, plain to read, nothing you'll be locked out of later.

04

Launch

We test on your real data with your real users, roll out in stages, and leave documentation the team can actually follow.

05

Support

Software needs looking after. We stay on for fixes, training and the changes your business will need next.

The way we build

Plain stack. Long lifespan.

  • Built for the person staring at it all day, not the demo.
  • It has to hold up on slow machines and messy real data.
  • Plain code with no framework debt, still fixable five years on.
  • Someone stays on after launch, for fixes and training.

We keep the stack lean on purpose: it loads fast, it doesn't fall over, and it runs on the machines you already own. Pretty rarely survives years of daily use. Reliable does.

Before you ask

How working with us actually works.

How long does a system take to build?

Most builds put a usable first version in front of your team in 6 to 10 weeks, then we keep iterating. Bigger ERP rollouts are phased, so you get something working early instead of waiting months for one launch.

How do you price?

Fixed scope for builds we can pin down, a monthly retainer for ongoing work. The number is agreed before we start. No surprise invoices.

Who owns the code?

You do. Full source and documentation are handed over on delivery. No lock-in, and no per-seat licensing on anything we build for you.

What happens after launch?

We don't disappear. Fixes, training and small changes are part of the deal, and a support arrangement keeps the system healthy as the business shifts under it.

Will it run on our existing hardware?

Almost always. The stack is lean by design, so the software stays fast on modest machines and keeps working for years without a hardware upgrade.

Tell us what you're trying to fix.

The workflow, the spreadsheet held together with tape, the two systems that won't talk. A short call is the quickest way to know if we're a fit.
