A chatbot that answers, and finishes the work.
We build and run AI customer chatbots for websites and WhatsApp. Trained on your own material, answering in the language the customer writes in, capturing the lead while they are still on the page, and handing over to a person the moment it matters.
Most enquiries die before anyone reads them.
Someone lands on your site at eleven at night, wants to know whether you deliver to Indore, what the price is, or whether you have their size. There is a contact form. They do not fill it in. That is the whole loss, and it happens every day without leaving a trace in any report you read.
A customer chatbot answers that question in the moment, and keeps the person who asked it. The ones it cannot answer, it hands to you with the conversation already attached.
What it actually does.
Not a menu of buttons pretending to be a conversation. It reads what the customer wrote and does something about it.
Answers from Your Own Material
Support · FAQ · Policies
Shipping, returns, warranty, timings, pricing, eligibility, what is in stock. It is trained on your site, your price list and your past tickets, so the answer is the one you would have given.
Captures and Qualifies the Lead
Name · Number · Intent
It asks for the details while the person is still interested rather than after they have gone, works out whether they are worth a call, scores them, and tags the record so your team knows what they wanted.
Looks Things Up
Orders · Stock · Accounts
Where is my order, is this in stock, what is on my account, am I eligible. It reads from your system and answers with the real number instead of telling the customer to email someone.
Books the Appointment
Slots · Reminders · Rescheduling
Site visits, demos, clinic appointments, test drives, callbacks. It offers the slots that are actually free, confirms, and sends the reminder so fewer people forget to turn up.
Collects Information Properly
Forms · Documents · Validation
Dynamic forms inside the conversation that ask only what is still missing, check the number is a real number, and take a document upload where you need one. No dead-end form that drops half the fields.
Works Things Out
Quotes · Eligibility · Timelines
Price with the quantity break applied, delivery time to that pin code, EMI on that amount, whether the customer qualifies. Real arithmetic against your rules, not a paragraph that says it depends.
Everywhere the customer already is.
One chatbot, one knowledge base, one inbox. A customer who starts on WhatsApp and comes back to the website is the same person with the same history, not two strangers.
Website Chat Widget
The bubble in the corner, in your colours, on every page or only the ones you choose.
WhatsApp Business API
Your verified business number, answering automatically, with your team able to jump in from the same screen.
Embedded Chat
Dropped inside a page rather than floating over it, for pricing pages and product pages where the question is specific.
Full-Page Assistant
A help page of its own that answers, instead of a knowledge base nobody searches.
Contact Launcher
One button that opens every way to reach you: chat, WhatsApp, call, email, directions, a form.
Email and Shared Inbox
Incoming mail answered by the same brain, with your team working the queue together and nothing answered twice.
You decide what it is allowed to do.
The fear with an AI talking to customers is that it promises something you cannot honour. So the automation is set per task, not switched on for everything at once.
Safe Things, Straight Away
Answering questions, looking up an order, taking details, booking a free slot, sending the follow-up. No approval, no waiting, no one watching the screen at midnight.
Anything That Costs You
Discounts, refunds, custom quotes, moving a confirmed booking. It drafts the reply and waits for a person to press send. The customer sees a normal pause; you keep the decision.
A Person, in One Click
Your team takes over the live conversation with the whole history in front of them, so the customer never repeats themselves. Every action is logged, so you can see afterwards exactly what was said and why.
What it learns from.
You do not write a script. We point it at what you already have, and it keeps itself current as those things change.
Your website, crawled and re-crawled on a schedule
PDFs, brochures, price lists and product catalogues
Your help centre, Notion, Confluence or ticket system
Past tickets and WhatsApp threads, so it answers the way you already answer
Question-and-answer pairs you write yourself for the things that must be exact
A tone of voice, so it sounds like your business and not like a call centre
It gets better on a schedule.
A chatbot that is installed and forgotten gets worse as your business changes. This one is reviewed.
Every conversation readable, rateable and searchable
A list of what it could not answer, which is the most useful report you will get
Corrections written in plain English, not prompt engineering
What people asked most this month, which tells you what your site should say
Where conversations are dropping off, and what to change about it
Into your system, not ours.
A chatbot that traps your enquiries inside somebody else's dashboard is a subscription, not an asset. Every contact it creates is yours and leaves in a format you can use.
Talk about your setupA Proper Contact Record
Name, number, company, custom fields and tags, built from the conversation rather than typed in later by someone.
One Thread per Person
Website, WhatsApp and email history in a single timeline, so you can see everything that was ever said.
Straight into Your CRM
HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, or a webhook into whatever you already run.
Or No CRM at All
A light contact list is built in, for businesses that do not have a CRM and do not want one yet.
Alerts That Reach a Human
A hot lead pings WhatsApp, email or your team channel while the person is still in the conversation.
Your Data, Exportable
Full export whenever you want it. We can host the whole thing on infrastructure you own if the data should never leave it.
It goes on the site you already have.
One snippet. No rebuild, no migration, no plugin that fights your theme.
Who we set them up for.
The questions differ by trade. The chatbot is configured around the ones your customers actually ask.
E-Commerce and Retail
Where is my order, do you have this size, what is the return policy, is there a discount on two.
Real Estate
Budget, locality, possession date, booking a site visit, and filtering out the enquiries that were never going to buy.
Clinics and Hospitals
Doctor availability, consultation fees, appointment booking, directions, what to bring, insurance accepted.
Schools and Coaching
Fees, batches, syllabus, admission dates, and capturing the parent enquiry at the hour they actually browse.
Restaurants and Hospitality
Table bookings, opening hours, menu questions, party enquiries, and the ones that come in after closing.
Automotive
Variants, on-road price, EMI, test-drive booking and service slots, answered before the customer calls a rival.
Finance and Insurance
Eligibility, documents required, status of an application, with the sensitive parts held for approval.
Recruitment and Staffing
Screening questions, CV collection, availability and salary expectation, before anyone spends time on a call.
Manufacturing and B2B
Specifications, minimum order quantity, lead time, bulk pricing, and routing the serious enquiry to the right person.
The things people ask first.
How long does it take to get a customer chatbot live?
A working chatbot on your website usually takes one to two weeks. Most of that time goes on your content and the answers you want it to give, not on the software. WhatsApp takes a few days longer because the number has to be verified for the WhatsApp Business API.
Can the chatbot answer customers on WhatsApp?
Yes. The same chatbot runs on your website and on WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business API, with one conversation history per customer across both. In India, most customers would rather message on WhatsApp than fill in a form, so that is usually where the enquiries come from.
Which languages can it handle?
Over 95 languages, including Hindi, Hinglish, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and Gujarati. It replies in whatever language the customer writes in, with nothing to configure per language.
Will it make things up?
It answers from your material: your site, your price list, your policies, your past tickets. When it does not have the answer, it says so and offers a person instead of guessing. Anything sensitive, such as a discount, a refund or a custom quote, can be set to need your approval before it is sent.
Can a human take over the conversation?
Yes. Your team gets a shared inbox and anyone can take over a live conversation in one click, with the full history in front of them. The chatbot steps back until it is handed control again.
Does it work on WordPress, Shopify or Wix?
Yes. It installs on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, PrestaShop, Magento and any custom or plain HTML site. It is one script tag, so anything that lets you paste a snippet will run it.
Who owns the conversations and the leads?
You do. The conversations, the contacts and the leads are yours, exportable at any time, and they can push straight into your own CRM. We can host it on infrastructure you own if you would rather the data never left it.
What does it cost?
Setup is a fixed price, quoted after we look at your site and the questions you actually get. There is a monthly cost after that for hosting and AI usage. You get the number before you commit to anything, and if a chatbot is not what you need we will say so.
Stop losing the enquiry at eleven at night.
Tell us what your customers keep asking and we will show you what a chatbot would have answered. No charge for the conversation.
